I offer plant-based nutrition coaching to pregnant and breastfeeding/chestfeeding mothers/parents, and those soon-to-be, on an hourly basis by phone, email, Skype or other video chat.

My 15+ years of personal experience living a plant-based lifestyle along with my education in direct-entry midwifery (including extensive research in vegetarian, vegan, and raw vegan nutrition during pregnancy and lactation), along with my personal experience enjoying two plant-based pregnancies (the second of which I ate a primarily raw, fruit-based diet), has convinced me that a nutrient-dense, high carbohydrate, whole foods, plant-based diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens is the most optimal diet for vibrant health and vitality.

Through our one-on-one hourly nutrition coaching sessions, I will provide the practical information and resources you need to ensure that you are meeting your daily nutritional requirements throughout pregnancy and lactation.

When you decide that you’d like to schedule a coaching session, please contact me and I will send you a nutritional questionnaire and registration form. After completing the forms and sending them back to me, we will schedule your first session.

I am happy to offer my plant-based nutrition coaching sessions to families all over the world via telephone, Skype, email, or in-person appointments. After each session, you will receive a follow-up email summarizing the key points that we discussed.

Cost for one 60-minute plant-based pregnancy & breastfeeding nutrition coaching session with Melissa Marks, LM, CPM is $100 (includes evaluation of nutritional questionnaire and three follow-up emails). My preferred method of payment is PayPal, and I also accept credit/debit card through PayPal.
